Brad,
Love your blog. I would love to see something about Painted Pin and Amazza. Charles Freeman over at Painted Pin (formerly of Cibo E Beve and H Harper) does some really great stuff when he isnt bombarded by customers on Friday or Saturday night.
Plus Amazza’s Ryan (not sure of his last name) has some pretty interesting stuff as well. His on the spot creations are where he really shines so dont be afraid to start up on conversation.
